ABOUT
Hello! My name is Sarah, and I am a 22-year-old undergraduate student at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. I am from Boston, love unicorns, and am terrible at singing, but what I lack in vocal ability I try to make up in other artistic fields!

I am pursuing a double major in Architecture and Political Science, two disciplines that I think of as in a symbiotic relationship. Studying the world through multiple lenses has given me the ability to constantly draw parallels between disparate subjects (often at the same time as I am literally drawing parallel lines with my drafting table).
Through my years learning about design, culture, and people, I have been able to cultivate a fluid design process and aesthetic that merges academic research with “design thinking”, resulting in architecture that is thoughtful, contextual, and based on a grassroots understanding of how to construct a sense of place.
